In 2022, our team at UR-EKA collaborated with EMTEC to undertake a comprehensive lighting design and controls project for a new multi warehouse space in the East Midlands.

The warehouse facility, spanning over 201,550 square feet, required an efficient lighting system that not only met the client’s technical requirements but also aimed to reduce energy consumption and overall project costs. By leveraging the advanced features of the Northcliffe NORTE I Linear Highbay in conjunction with their integral IP65 HBPIR15m Sensor.

By leveraging our expertise and the innovative features of the Northcliffe NORTE I Linear Highbay and IP65 HBPIR15m Sensor, we were able to provide EMTEC with an exceptional lighting design and controls solution for their new warehouse in 2022. This project demonstrated our commitment to energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
